What additive technologies does SOLIDTEQ use in manufacturing?

We specialize in the selective laser melting of metal. If required, we will gladly put you in touch with providers of alternative techniques from our network.

What post-processing steps does SOLIDTEQ offer?

We offer almost all post-processing steps for a finished component. These include 3D scanning, machining and quality assurance (comprising non-destructive testing, material certificates and much more).

What size spaces are available?

We have two machines measuring 280 x 280 x 365 mm³ and four machines measuring 500 x 280 x 365 mm³.

What materials are available?

Data check

Your 3D models will be checked to see if they can be printed correctly and then optimized for the material concerned or the required technology. All files, print specifications and similar are available on a platform, which is also used for communication. All information is thus available centrally at a single source of truth.
